WHERE WE WORK

Relocation allowance or reimbursement is negotiable. All
employees must be available to work in our Alexandria, LA office. If applicable, we'll negotiate and determine the best way to help you offset any moving expenses.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Apply to be considered for a position at VPA. Only one application is needed to be considered for any openings we have now and in the future based on your knowledge, skills and qualifications.

The VPA hiring process will include a series of 4-5 interviews starting with a phone interview. These interviews are designed to make you think out of the box and are difficult to prepare for. You will be asked questions about work history, strengths, weaknesses and lessons learned during your career. Most companies will hire someone after one interview. VPA takes a different and much more in-depth approach to hiring. We want to get to know you. Who you really are. We also want you to interview and get to know us. We invest the time with selected candidates to ensure it's a mutual decision that you are a perfect fit for our business. Will you be a fit?
